The government´s amendment in 2015 to the Foreigner´s Law, gave the right for a company to acquire a property in the amount of €350,000 in a co-property regime and that the goal of the investment could be made for agriculture, commercial or touristic reasons.    Also, amendment number 56 made modifications to entry, permanency, cancelation or expiry to residency.
