To collaborate with a multinational company that operates in the area of immigration, we are looking for, for our offices in Lisbon or Oporto:

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of the entire legal process for granting permanent residence in the area of urban rehabilitation;
  • Provide specialized legal advice on Residence Permit for Investment processes;
  • Manage immigration cases from initial analysis to completion.
  • Conducting meetings with foreign clients and agents;
  • Contact with various government entities.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with applicable immigration regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Law degree (with bar registration);
  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory;
  • Relational skills and ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others;
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable immigration laws and regulations;
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field of immigration, with a focus on Residence Permit for Investment;
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet established goals.

  • Manage of Non-habitual residents cases from initial analysis to completion.
  • Conducting meetings with foreign clients;
  • Contact with various government entities.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with applicable and regulations and laws.
